  • Notice: This policy is a legally binding agreement. By making a purchase for any product, service, or digital good from Just Me Time Wellness, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

    1. All Sales Are Final

    All purchases of any and all products, services, and digital goods from Just Me Time Wellness are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

    • Physical Products: Including, but not limited to, clothing, supplements, and weight loss drops.

    • Services: All services rendered, including but not limited to, CryoFacial Treatments, CryoSlimming, Spray Tanning, and Lipolaser Treatments.

    • Digital Products & Courses: All sales of digital content, including the Spray Tanning Master Certification course, are final. Due to the instant-access and irrevocable nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued.

    No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted for any reason, except as explicitly stated in Section 2.

    2. Exception: Damaged or Defective Physical Products

    As the sole exception to this policy, Just Me Time Wellness will offer a replacement for a physical product that arrives with significant manufacturing defects or damage sustained in transit.

    To be eligible for a replacement, the Client must adhere to the following strict process:

    • Notification: Client must contact Just Me Time Wellness at justmetimewellness@gmail.com or 440-942-6700 within 48 hours of the documented delivery time.

    • Proof: Client must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the damage, including photos of the shipping container and the product itself.

    • Documentation: Client must provide proof of purchase and may be required to assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

    Upon verification, Just Me Time Wellness, at its sole discretion, will provide a replacement for the damaged item(s). No refunds will be issued. Store credit is not an option.

    3. Services Rendered

    By purchasing a service, Client acknowledges that payment is for the time, expertise, and materials spent during the service, which are non-retrievable. Client dissatisfaction with the results of a service is not grounds for a refund. Just Me Time Wellness makes no warranties or guarantees as to the specific outcome of any service. Once a service has been rendered, it is 100% non-refundable.

    4. Credit & Debit Card Disputes (Chargebacks)

    A chargeback is the reversal of a credit or debit card payment.

    4.1. Agreement to Contact: Client agrees to contact Just Me Time Wellness prior to initiating any chargeback or dispute with their financial institution.

    4.2. Breach of Agreement: Initiating a chargeback for a valid, non-refundable transaction (including any service rendered) is a breach of this agreement.

    4.3. Dispute Resolution: In the event a chargeback is initiated, Just Me Time Wellness will provide this "Policy on Returns, Refunds, and Disputes," along with proof of purchase, service rendered, or digital product access, to the financial institution.

    4.4. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Just Me Time Wellness considers chargebacks filed for non-refundable transactions to be fraudulent. We reserve the right to report such activity, to pursue any and all civil and equitable remedies available, and to file a report with the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center). A chargeback does not nullify the Client's debt for the product or service.

    4.5. Administrative Fee: Client agrees that in the event a chargeback is initiated and subsequently lost by the Client (i.e., the chargeback is reversed in our favor), Client shall be liable for a non-refundable $50.00 Administrative Fee per incident.

    5. Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue

    5.1. Governing Law: This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    5.2. Venue: Client agrees that any legal action or proceeding, including any suit in small claims court, shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Ohio. Client expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

    5.3. Attorney's Fees: In the event Just Me Time Wellness is the prevailing party in any legal action or proceeding (including small claims) to enforce this Agreement or collect an outstanding debt, Client agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred by Just Me Time Wellness.

    6. Collections

    In the event of a payment default, a fraudulent chargeback that is not reversed, or failure to pay fees incurred under this Agreement, Just Me Time Wellness reserves the right to engage a third-party collection agency or legal counsel.

    Client agrees to be responsible for and pay all costs associated with such collection efforts, including but not limited to: collection agency fees (which may be a percentage of the debt), reasonable attorney's fees, and all court costs. Delinquent accounts may be reported to major credit bureaus.

    7. Client Acknowledgment

    By completing a purchase, Client affirms that they have read, understood, and accept this "Policy on Returns, Refunds, and Disputes" in its entirety.
